Born from the restoration of the farmhouse next to the farmhouse B&B, these residences maintain the rural architectural flavour while adding the most modern comforts. Unwind in the charming apartments of the Di là dal fiume Residences, which are perfect for larger families and longer stays.

We offer 18 spacious apartments near Di là dal fiume. These include studios, duplexes and three-bedroom apartments.
Each residence comes with a kitchen area, pots and pans for cooking, a microwave, a refrigerator and, for the duplexes and three-bedroom apartments, a dishwasher.

Access to the two pools is free for all guests.
Additional information
The price includes Wi-Fi in the hall, parking, air conditioning, use of the bikes and barbecue and access to the pools.
A bar service is available inside the residences, with snacks, drinks, coffee and ice cream. We do not offer dining service: however, the building is close to a supermarket and to excellent pizzerias and trattorias.
Check-in time for the apartments starts from 3 pm.
We are pet-friendly: your pets are allowed in the apartments with direct garden access at a small surcharge: you must notify us of their presence when making the reservation so we can verify the availability of these rooms.
Boat moorings are available when making a reservation.
