Enjoy your stay
The farmhouse and the surrounding green areas offer boundless possibilities for fun, relaxation and new experiences, for kids and adults alike. The nature, landscapes, fun and flavours will make your stay truly unforgettable.
Water and Nature
The environment that envelopes the farmhouse is teeming with life. As you walk through the estate and wind through the canals, you’ll discover unexpected nature, perfect for those who love bird-watching. You can use your own boat to visit the canals (moorings are available) or rent canoes or a small boat that can be used without a license.
Walksand bike rides
The estate is home to a spacious green area. This is populated by plants that are typical to the region and various species of birds, making it perfect for those who love walks in nature and bird-watching. Explore the surrounding area by bike: we offer our guests free use of the Farmhouse’s bikes.
Kids & Families
The vegetable garden and the animals
To entertain our younger guests, our farmhouse is home to friendly animals, such as goats and hens. Our grounds are also home to a vegetable garden, where everything is grown organically via traditional methods: our guests have free access to it and can collect fresh vegetables directly from the plant.
The different areas of the Farmhouse have been designed for the fun and entertainment of all our guests. Two pools with whirlpool jets and water games, a small playground, spacious lawns for running and playing, a table tennis table, a bowling alley and a sandy area for having fun with shovels and spades.
Food & Wine
Flavours of the earth and the sea
Stroll through the streets of Caorle or dine in one of the lagoon’s eateries to sample freshly caught fish. You can also sample fruits from our Farmhouse’s grounds, by hand-picking fresh vegetables directly from our vegetable garden. You will also find areas for outdoor barbecues, where you can whip up delicious barbecue meals in the cool evening air.
The Venice region is famous around the world for the fine wines produced by local vineyards. Visit the cellars scattered throughout the countryside, discover ancient traditions and sample some of the best vintages in Italy, such as refosco, Chardonnay or pinot grigio.
